W5 Group is a fully-integrated real estate investment firm founded in 2009 as the family investment office of Ralph Winter, a successful global real estate investor. In Europe, Ralph amassed a portfolio of student housing units and multifamily units, generating over €30 billion in investment transaction volume. In the U.S, W5 has invested in Innovative Living residential real estate projects with a capitalization of ~$1.5 billion including 2,100 units and 4,600 beds.
