WA Cutting Services has many years of engineering and related experience we are able to give you expert advice on how to get the result you want. We work closely with engineers, fabricators and suppliers to the mining, construction and transport industries. We have operations in both Hope Valley and Welshpool, now incorporating the ability to cut, bend and press all under one roof further to our aquisition of Boyd Metal where WA Cutting Welshpool now share Boyd Metals premises. Our investment in technology and infrastructure means that we can handle both large and small jobs with speed and accuracy. Both facilities are fully equipped with the latest High Definition Plasma technology. We also have overhead crane facilities that enable us to handle the trickiest of projects. WA Cutting Capabilities Our ongoing and significant investments ensure we are providing the latest technology coupled with quality and precision. We currently have capability across our 5 machines of the following; HIGH DEFINITION PLASMA By super constraining the plasma flow from the nozzle, the cut is cleaner. The kerfs of the cut are narrower and the edges are kept amazingly square. This technique results in unsurpassed quality. Our significant investment in a number of High Definition Plasma machines and our extensive experience means that we can work with a wide range of materials and achieve the tight tolerances and quality you require. OXY CUTTING With flame cutting, we can CNC profile carbon and low alloy steels such as Mild Steel and Quench & Tempered Steel between 32mm and 300mm thick. The oxy cutting process is the method used for plate DRILLING WA Cutting Services can assist you with your drilling, tapping and countersinking requirements. Using the latest technology we can ensure that you get the quality result you require with tight tolerances achieved. Our specifications enable us to drill up to 100mm plate. Beveling: Up to 45 Degrees
