WACOSA is a non-profit organization serving adults with disabilities, building a circle of support that empowers individuals to develop skills, explore and pursue employment, and foster community connections from graduation through retirement. WACOSA has a wide range of services available to our community business partners and individuals.> Contract/Outsourcing (Done at one of three WACOSA production sites.) Kitting/packaging, assembly, production re-work, quality checking, collating, hand bindery, etc.> DocuShred Safe, secure, and convenient document destruction services. certified by the National Association for Information Destruction. Offering pick-up and drop-off services to business and individuals within the St. Cloud and Sauk Centre area and surrounding communities.> Community Crews 4-5 person crews with a provided supervisor. These crews go you your location for long-term or short-term contracts. These work crews include assembly, packaging, cleaning and more.> Community Employment Services - Direct-to-hire employees WACOSA's Community Employment Services empower adults with disabilities by providing customized job search assistance, on-the-job training, and ongoing support for both individual placements and work crews with community employers.
