Wagtail Coaching offers leadership and career coaching for thoughtful, values-led professionals who want to grow with clarity, confidence and purpose. Many of our clients are high-performing on paper, yet feel stretched, stuck or quietly uncertain about their next step. We create space to slow down, think clearly and reconnect with what really matters, so progress feels grounded and sustainable, not forced. Our work is reflective, practical and human. We support individuals, teams and groups to make sense of complexity, build self-awareness and develop the confidence to lead in ways that feel authentic to them. Alongside one-to-one coaching, we offer team and group coaching, as well as public speaking and communication skills workshops, helping people work more effectively together and find their voice with greater confidence. Wagtail Coaching works with a small, carefully selected team of associate coaches based across the UK, each bringing a range of professional experience and coaching approaches. Our associates draw on backgrounds across healthcare, education, professional services, creative industries and IT, allowing us to offer clients diverse perspectives while maintaining a shared commitment to ethical, evidence-based and reflective practice. We have particular experience supporting those with neurodivergence, creating inclusive coaching spaces tailored to different ways of thinking, working and leading. Alongside individual coaching, we design and deliver leadership programmes, as well online and in-person workshops on a range of leadership and communication skills topics. Our approach is calm, considered and relational, combining deep listening with appropriate challenge and encouragement, helping people lead themselves well, so they can lead others more effectively.
