ENGLISH- Women and Health Alliance International is a not-for-profit organization with the over-arching goal of giving access to quality medical care to disadvantaged communities around the world. WAHA International has become an important player in terms of implementing and funding a wide range of activities that improve healthcare services in conflict zones and in settings where the needs are greatest, and in advocating for greater action to be taken to reduce maternal deaths. Created in 2009 in Paris, the humanitarian organization is also specialized in addressing maternal care, especially post-partum complications and obstetric fistula operations-FRANÇAIS- Women and Health Alliance International est une organisation non-gouvernementale qui a pour objectif principal d'offrir des soins médicaux de qualité aux communautés défavorisées à travers le monde. WAHA International est devenu un acteur majeur dans la gestion et le financement de projets visant à améliorer les services de santé en zone de conflit et dans les communautés où les besoins sont les plus grands, en veillant à contribuer à la réduction des décès maternels. Créée en 2009 à Paris, l'organisation humanitaire est aussi spécialisée dans la santé maternelle, notamment la prise en charge des complications post-partum et des opérations de fistules obstétricales.
