Wahi Hawaii

Inspired by a beach clean up in late 2018 my children and I started Wahi Hawaii as a way to do more, to give back to Maui and it's marine life and to raise awareness about the damage being caused around the globe by single use plastics. Our “first step” as a company was our bamboo straw; reusable, sustainable, 100% from nature and after all is said and done, compostable. It was the gateway that helped our family live with less waste and helped to open our eyes to all the ways our convenience is destroying our planet. Since then we have added a few other products including our reusable, bamboo cutlery packs. Items made of sustainably harvested bamboo are revolutionizing the plastic free movement.
