Wahlberg is a privately owned consulting and investment company, exercising consulting in business development, and also investments and long-term active ownership in companies with strong potential for development nationally and/or internationally. Wahlberg is based in Stavanger, and is focused on the region's industry, preferably related to the Oil & Gas and Energy. Companies going through our management and ownership will be able to work up a good position in the market/segment and also to realize their potential to get one. Furthermore, we will ensure that the company has a dedicated management team with the potential to lead the company into and thru a development phase. Wahlberg will also help to set realistic goals and have an on going focus on profitability. Wahlberg is considering investments in a wide range of situations where there are various value-added measures, for example: companies in the expansion phase requiring the supply of equity, companies with weak and in need of improvement measures in order to achieve profitability, and companies with in the un consolidated industries with great possibilities for structural changes. We look for opportunities where we can invest in companies with an attractive rate of return - and risk profile. Wahlberg's goal is to develop attractive investment objects for new investors. Wahlberg will have a long-term development of their ownership, but should basically work towards that new owners coming into our place in the long term. Therefore, a clear exit strategy is always defined. Wahlberg work together with strong investors from the Stavanger region. The investors background is from industrial development in the region over the past 25 years.
