Wai Ora Group | Environmental Care with Community at Heart Wai Ora Group is a registered charity dedicated to restoring the environment and supporting people in need. Our work is guided by the belief that caring for the land and caring for people go hand in hand. Through our range of services — including native plant supply, landscaping, ecological restoration, conservation, and fencing — we create meaningful employment, learning, and volunteering opportunities for people in our community. All proceeds from our environmental projects are reinvested to support social and community initiatives, such as our food bank, shared community lunches, and training programmes that empower individuals to gain skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging. At Wai Ora, we value kaitiakitanga (guardianship), sustainability, and whanaungatanga (connection).
