Founded by Kenneth Wakefield in 1957, Wakefields Chartered Building Surveyors is a multi-discipline practice, offering a full range of Building Surveying and Property Valuation Services throughout the North East. Based in Low Fell, the practice covers an area that encompasses Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Northumberland including Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Sunderland and the Tyne Valley.
