Walkandtalk4men

We're Walk & Talk4Men. Established in 2019, we are a support group for men and their mental health. We get together a couple of times a month in beautiful open country spaces all around the UK, whilst having a chat in a safe space without judgement. It gives men, or those who identify as men, the opportunity to offload, get things off our chest and talk about how we are feeling, rather than bottling it up and suffering in silence. Ultimately, we want to break down the stigmas and barriers to men getting help and support for their mental health and to help reduce the saddening statistics surrounding men's mental health here in the UK.
