Walker Construction Consultancy is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy providing a comprehensive range of professional management skills for clients throughout the South-East of the UK from our offices in North Finchley, London. We have been operating since 1947. Walker's policy is to provide the full service from inception of a project to completion. We offer Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent, Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Party Wall Surveyor, Site Inspector, Partnering Advisor and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment services. The Practice has been associated with a range of developments covering values from to £100 million that include: • Major new build projects of up to 800 dwellings including estate regeneration • Major repair programmes • Conversion/redevelopment of existing buildings • Extensive development of ‘Brown Field’ sites and inner city redevelopment • Multi-use developments on single sites incorporating such activities as traditional rented social housing, shared-ownership, market rent, private sale, care facilities, commercial activities, health and education • Commercial projects including office refurbishments and external cyclical maintenance schemes
