Walker Law Offices, LLC was founded in 2010 by Scott C. Walker. Although the firm may be new, its attorneys have over 40 years combined legal expereince. Scott C. Walker has been practicing law for more than 15 years. He is highly regarded by his peers and clients as a tough, innovative, and practical litigator who adheres to the highest professional and ethical standards in resolving every legal dispute in a fair, just and cost-effective manner. He has more than 12 years of experience with two of the largest and most respected international law firms, Jones Day and Squire, Sanders and Dempsey, LLP. Prior to joining those firms he served on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, stationed at the largest military installation in the world, Fort Hood, Texas. Thomas J. Novack has been practicing law for 25 years and brings a practical, cost-benefit analysis approach to the practice of law. He prides himself on meeting the legal objectives of the client by providing cost effective, creative and innovative solutions to even the most complex legal matter. Mr. Novack practices in the areas of default servicing and creditor’s rights, including RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, SCRA defense, tax certificate collections, credit card collections, loan work outs, general real estate, purchase and sale, complex real estate litigation, title insurance law, probate, estate planning, small business formation, and business litigation.
