Started in 1997, Wallingford Law has grown from a solo legal practice to a multi-dimensional, multi-attorney law firm. Today, the firm concentrates its legal practice in the representation of clients in the areas of corporate and business law, venture capital and transactional law, general business litigation, employee benefits, exempt and non-profit organizations, employment and labor law, health care law with a specialty in medical specialty board and licensure, and estate and probate as well as general litigation.
