WAOW Project "We Are One World" supports your leaders' development offering them a complete journey structured around 3 complementary programs: Program 1: Developing future leaders’ (consultants, advisors, project leads, etc.) Problem Solving Skills (PSS), around an on-line asynchronous training on PSS foundations, completed by a 4 to 5 days practical workshop on PSS Practice. Program 2: Supporting the development of young leaders (managers, senior managers, etc.) as Trusted Advisors to their clients, teams and other business relationships. Program 3: Accompanying senior leaders (CXO, decision-makers, etc.) with a series of leader-SHIP retreats to embark on a unique journey that is sustainable for themselves, for their people and for their environment and systems. WAOW Project was founded by Kenza Barrada, an entrepreneur, permaculture farmer, and mum, with 20 years experience in consulting and leadership development (McKinsey & Company alum). WAOW Project collaborates with distinctive practitioners and specialists in their fields to offer transformative experiences. We work in Europe, Africa, Middle-East and Americas, in 4 languages: French, Arabic, English, Spanish.
