He was Director in a Pharmaceutical Company with German Collaborators before he set up his own consultancy ‘WARANS’ took up consultancy in the field of ‘Lean Management’ with ‘Kaizen Institute’ founded by Sensei Maasaki Imai and subsequently with ' Kanzen Institute Asia Pacific Pvt Ltd’.
