We want to create specialist shopping sites where customers can easily find detailed and accurate information about our products. They should be able to do this free of the usual clutter on online e-commerce. Should they need additional information, or have specific requests, live help should be at hand online or by telephone. We aspire to create a company that we will enjoy working for. That is friendly, well managed and fair to all of it's employees. Where we are free to develop our knowledge and skills in an open environment. In which we can take great satisfaction but still be home for tea at 6pm every evening. Rocket science it is not, hard work it most certainly is. Since we have been moving towards these goals. We currently run and manage two successful e-commerce websites : Scalesexpress.com and Ladderstore.com. The links in this section outline our approach to life and business. Customer care is talked about by just about everyone and done well by almost no one. We try, it's that simple, we get up every day and try our absolute best to give all of our customers ours best. Similarly we are also concerned about our environment. Business has a responsibility to do better. Less PR and more doing useful things. We have listed some of the efforts that we make on our Environment Matters page. At Wardworth we have also made a commitment to the Open Source movement.
