Through Warehouse 7, we open a new window in fitness and we present a total different approach to the way of working out. As professional trainers we following creatively the age instincts and not the financial ones, we study and approach modern lifestyle needs and redesign fitness. Our will is to make gym and working out appealing. It is not necessarily, it is essential. It is Not preventive neither obligation. In WH7 the exercise is pleasure, so does not need to be necessary. Our main purpose is not to indicate to the athletes what they should do or not to do, to push the athletes to their limits or to tire them too much.
