Warisco Consulting Services is a specialist consultancy business that focuses on food safety management systems, food defense assessment, food fraud assessment, quality management systems, and health, safety and environmental (HSE) management systems. We also offer root cause analysis, business risk based thinking courses, GFSI's global markets programme and food hygiene pre-requisite programs. Warisco's services include: Training, Auditing, System Implementation and Documentation. Food safety standards we work on include: HACCP, FSSC ISO BRCGS & Global G.A.P. Warisco’s food safety programs target unintentional contamination in the food value chains. Food defense and food fraud vulnerability assessment programs address intentional contamination and intentional deception using food, food ingredients and/or packaging materials. Through GFSI's global markets programme, we support small and medium food firms to implement basic and intermediate conditions as they work towards a pathway to certification.
