WARN International was formed in 2014 to provide consultancy, coaching and support to managers, leaders, and employees on all aspects of managing challenging situations. Whether the challenge involves handling difficult customers & clients, negotiating with employees in the workplace, or difficulty adapting to changes, WARN International can help. Our training courses and presentations are tailored to meet the requirements of any organisation, large or small. In consultation with your organisation, the team at WARN International will personalise the training sessions to meet the needs of your staff. These may be as simple as a one hour presentation on deescalation techniques through to a full series of lectures, practical scenarios, and case studies. WARN International also offers specialised training on hostage situations – what to do if a person is taken hostage, and on crisis intervention, and dealing with suicidal people. This unique training was originally only available to selected law enforcement professionals, until now.
