Warren Care Services (WCS) is an assisted living care home in Alamance County (NC). We’re open 24-hours/7 days a week, accept men and women 45+ years of age. Additional services offered are Respite (short-term) and Hospice through partnerships with local agencies. Through our Person-Centered Assisted Living, our facility provides 24-hour supervision with the details of daily living. By offering customized care for each individual, this allows each resident the freedom and opportunity to make choices that will ease their lifestyle transitions. Some of the our key offerings are:* 24-hour availability of trained staff * A choice of private rooms * Respite (short-term) and Alzheimer's/Dementia care * A full-time director for events and activities * Assistance with activities of daily living * Delicious meals served restaurant-style each day including 3 snacks * Medication assistance * Scheduled local transportation * Quarterly Resident Assessments by a Registered Nurse WCS’ motto is “Affecting Lives is Where the Merit Is.” This statement reflects the founder’s vision that each resident and their family member(s) are given the highest level of service while residing at WCS.
