Strengthening the fabric of our community. Warren County Community Services, Inc.(WCCS) is a nonprofit organization that has served Warren County, Ohio, since 1966. WCCS' service areas are: Helping Children and Families Succeed Helping Older Adults Remain Active and Independent Helping Reduce Energy Costs Providing Affordable Housing for Seniors and Families People turn to WCCS for help via a variety of services including Affordable and Safe Housing, Aging Services, Early Learning Centers, Emergency Assistance, Meals on Wheels, RSVP Volunteer Program, Family Services, and more. WCCS is home to The 741 Center – a place of wellness and socialization for adults aged 55 and over. WCCS serves more than people annually as the premier provider of social services to seniors, children and their families in Warren County.
