Warrp Pty Ltd is an agile technology development company that builds pioneering software in consumer marketplaces. In 2022, Warrp aims to build an all encompassing NFT marketplace for new comers, project owners and existing NFT collectors. The end goal of Warrp is to develop its own Metaverse that will provide NFT holders (from any blockchain) with passive income through activity and asset sale earnings. This is done through the development of a NFT to Metaverse character conversion technology called “World Augmented Reality Rendering Passport”, also known as W.A.R.R.P. The company will also launch its own ICO ($TOAST) that will be backed by the main utility token of its Metaverse. The Warrp NFT Marketplace will cohort as a NFT Launchpad for new collection drops with the major benefit of increasing the population of its Metaverse. The primary income of the company will derive from the ‘minting’ sales of its W.A.R.R.P.(Metaverse Passport) with a total potential market sales upwards of $1 billion USD in the first 2 years of operations supported by over 1 million MAU. This includes sales of the Metaverse Passport, Metaverse Asset sales, NFT Launchpad profit share, NFT marketplace advertising, ICO token sales and NFT vault investments.
