We formed Unieke Collectie as a team with 15 years experience on both the estate agent and developer side of the property sector. Our ability to combine these two perspectives has borne fruit in creating the following track record over the last 4 years: working with more than 20 leading property developers, we’ve sold more than 500 properties. We see our real achievement as the creation of a unique sales network with local, national and international reach. Going the distance Our success is built on taking an active role throughout the entire sales process: from feasibility analysis right through to market launch of a development.
