Warther Cutlery is a family owned and operated business for over 118 years and located in Dover, Ohio. At our location, we manufacture and sell kitchen cutlery, culinary wood products and an array of other custom wood products. We are proud to say that our products are 100% USA Made, handcrafted with local wood, and made with the finest steel on the market for a superior blend of beauty, quality, and craftsmanship. Our story began with Ernest “Mooney” Warther who developed new techniques for tempering and sharpening steel after growing frustrated with store-bought knives that quickly became dull. At the age of 17, he crafted his first knife. The word spread and a family business was born. Today, our products are made using the same heritage techniques passed down by Mooney. It’s no wonder that Warther products are passed down from generation to generation.
