Our approach is to utilize marketing endeavors to solicit business manufacturing and industry to locate to Washington County, Missouri by exploiting our area as a great place to do business and enjoy life. We partner with the Missouri Partnership to provide leads for regional, state and global inquiries; Meramec Regional Planning Commission provides regional resources and support on projects; Missouri Department of Economic Development to provide resources for Missouri’s current programs. We provide local incentives being a Missouri Certified Industrial Park, Enhanced Enterprise Zone, Opportunity Zone and Revolving Loan Funds available both locally and regionally as well as build to suit options in the Industrial Park.
