Our mission is to share authentic Japanese home cooking with the world through hands-on culinary experiences that foster cultural exchange and a deeper understanding of Japan. Since its founding in 2014, Washocook has welcomed more than participants from over 60 countries. We train certified instructors across Japan who host cooking experiences in their local areas. In addition to individual lessons, we also provide customized programs for corporate training, team building, and inbound tourism. Based in both Japan and New Zealand, Washocook continues to expand globally through cooking classes, restaurant operations, and food-related projects — spreading the warmth of home cooking across the world.
