Our waste, our responsibility," used to be the municipal van's daily cry every morning. Despite its annoyance, those words held on to me, pulling at my thoughts during idle moments. I viewed my bin's contents with new eyes, A sad mixture of various elements with unrealized potential lay there. Guilt surfaced; better prospects awaited these elements beyond the landfill, if sorted beforehand. I diligently started sorting waste from inception. In my home, this is the story —a story shared by countless others. Here lies a chance to make a cleaner greener environment and create a social impact. Finally, I transformed the call of "Our waste, our responsibility" into a tangible reality – WASTE CONNECT.
