Wastefront is building the world’s first end-of-life tyre to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) platform. Our fully permitted first plant in Sunderland is under construction with secured feedstock and blue-chip offtake agreements. Through our proven process, Wastefront converts waste tyres into Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) and recovered Carbon Black (rCB), unlocking low-cost, high-value outputs for fuels, plastics and chemicals. With IAG as a cornerstone investor and partner, our TPO-to-SAF pathway is targeting approval in 2026, positioning us to capture the premium SAF market. By 2030, we aim to deploy five commercial plants worldwide, scaling a blueprint solution that delivers major decarbonisation impact and strong economic returns.
