Wasteland World

Wasteland World has been creating large fully-themed experiences for over ten years, pioneering this whole “immersion” thing. Their signature event, WASTELAND WEEKEND draws people from all over the world to lose themselves in a make-believe world. They also put on the cyberpunk event NEOTROPOLIS. Wasteland Weekend: A post-apocalyptic desert camping event. Costumes are required at this 5-day-long festival that includes entertainment of all kinds. Join the hundreds of fans coming from all over the the United States (and beyond) to gather in the southern California desert. Set up camp at our wasteland compound, surrounded by specially-built sets. Costumes are required and post-apocalyptic campsites and vehicles are encouraged. Live for five days in a world pulled straight out of the Mad Max movies, beyond the grip of so-called civilization. DJs and bands from all over will provide the soundtrack, fire dancers and bonfires will light up the night, and modified vehicles will shake the earth with their engines. Neotropolis: Neotropolis is an immersive sci-fi and cyberpunk-themed event that is part music festival, part desert campout, and part LARP from the godfathers of fully immersive festivals, Wasteland World.
