Watch-Commander Security Services is a Full Service Security Guard & Patrol Provider, and offers a variety of services. Our officers are trained in excess of state guidelines, and supervised on a continual basis using the Watch-Commander Guard Tracking System. Our tracking system uses advanced GPS tracking to insure that officers are where they're supposed to be, when they're supposed to be there! If an officer should fail to meet patrol objectives, a supervisor is notified electronically, so immediate corrective action can be taken. Another thing that sets Watch-Commander Security apart is our officer selection and retention (OSR) system. This system is based on a simple principal: If an Officer feels like they're a valued member of 'The Team' they will do a better job for the company, as well as the client.
