Established in 2008, we're a New Zealand company specialising in residential property development. Our focus is building affordable homes for everyday Kiwi’s, many of whom might have only dreamed of owning their own home. We are part of the KiwiBuild scheme and also work with community housing providers so Kiwi’s from all walks of life can enjoy home security and well built, architectually designed sustainable homes. Our current focus is on building new neighbourhoods from 50 - 500 plus homes in Auckland and the Bay of Plenty. We also co-invest and work with housing providers and property investors to help them manage their development projects and to ensure they are delivered to plan, time and budget.
