Water Elephant - pure, simple, convenient Water Elephant is a bricks and mortar,"healthier for you" convenience type store. It could be called a smaller, easy to get in and out of, Whole Foods Market. It could be called a faster service, more variety, coffee shop or quick serve restaurant. Or even a healthy convenience store. It is actually none of those yet it takes on characteristics of each of those food trade channels to form a food and beverage experience not seen before. As a current work in progress, Water Elephant is founded by highly experienced foodservice professional, Rob Harmon. A long-time passion for food, along with a lifetime involvement in fitness and nutrition, Rob is ready to pounce on the opportunity validated by current trends. REAL Healthy Convenience.
