Watergrove is a place where everyone in our community, regardless of age, can thrive and learn. Encompassing nursery, primary and secondary schools, Watergrove constantly invests in staff development and school improvement, with equal benefit to the individual and the institution. Our Mission Providing more, as one community, to enable life in all its fullness. Our Charter Learners come first and we are all responsible for the quality of their experience and well-being. Everyone belongs and everyone is included. We are part-centralised and co-create quality through collaboration, whilst maintaining schools’ individual identities. We coach, challenge and innovate.
