Watermark At Bearspaw

Watermark at Bearspaw, a master planned community by Macdonald Development Corporation, offers estate sized lots from one-quarter acre to one acre - nearly twice as large as those typically found in new developments. The Canadian Home Builders’ Association has chosen Watermark as a finalist for the 2012 Community Development Award, recognizing a single community in Canada that has best achieved the creation of an attractive, exciting, innovative and environmentally responsible community. Watermark boasts 46 acres of parkland, including more than five kilometres of paved pathways, as well as three playgrounds and a pond-side central plaza complete with outdoor kitchen, pavilion, barbecues, fire pit, and basketball court. Directly to the west is the newly created 3,400 acre Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park, situated along the banks of the Bow River and providing nearly 30 kilometres of trails to explore. Prospective homeowners can choose from five of Calgary’s top homebuilders: Albi Homes, Astoria Custom Homes, Homes By Us, Trickle Creek Custom Homes and Wolf Custom Homes. For those looking for a move-in ready home, a collection of new, quick possession homes are available. Located just south of Crowchild Trail NW on 12 Mile Coulee Road, Watermark is conveniently close to a variety of shopping and dining options, within minutes of two championship golf courses and only a 20 minute drive from the downtown core and Calgary International Airport.
