More specifically, we design, develop, build, and operate Class A, professionally managed, leased home communities, under our Canvas® brand, across the country. The common nomenclature for this asset class is “build-to-rent” or “build-for-rent”. Watermark’s family of companies also:(i) construct our Canvas communities in certain markets;(ii) provide land development and entitlement services to our Canvas communities across all offer third-party fee based land development services; and (iv) pursue and complete build-to-rent value add opportunities.
