| WELCOME to the law firm of Watje & Moore, Ltd. Galen Watje began practicing law upon graduation from the University of Minnesota’s Law School in 1975, and in 1993, he established The Watje Firm, Ltd. The Watje Firm’s lawyers earned a national reputation in litigation, particularly representing manufacturer’s representatives by aggressively pursuing their principals who refused to pay commissions or unlawfully terminated them. Watje & Moore, Ltd. has handled numerous claims against large retailers who interfered with our clients’ relationships with their principals in an effort to “deal direct,” and have lectured on legal issues involving manufacturers’ reps at local, state, and national conventions, also appearing before the Federal Trade Commission on behalf of rep groups. We have also represented Minnesota businesses in all corporate matters since our inception. In 2005 the firm became Watje & Moore, Ltd.
