Watson Institute is a place where rising entrepreneurs and leaders can find their community, discover their calling, and accelerate their careers. Watson Institute runs tailored Fellowships for highly promising, diverse, rising entrepreneurial leaders. The Fellowships are designed to advance the ventures of each Fellow and achieve the impact and strategic goals of our corporate and foundation partners. The Fellowships include award-winning entrepreneurship and leadership training, committed mentorship, a playbook, stipend, and coaching for the Fellows to power their own Basecamp (more information below), long-term Alumni support, and access to a global community of peers, mentors, and opportunities. In partnership with Ford Motor Company Fund, Comcast, Google, Western Union Foundation, Truist Foundation, BMO, and several private foundations, Watson Institute’s Fellowships will positively impact approximately 2,800 rising leaders in 2024-2025.
