Providing audit and tax services to nonprofit organizations is a focus of our practice. These include organizations serving providing housing and social services, providing education and community development, the arts, providing legal services, conducting medical research, and providing religious services. We also have significant expertise with low-income housing government programs, including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits, HUD, and USDA-RD regulations. For the low-income housing tax credit program, we prepare cost certifications, reports on carryover allocation basis, audits, tax returns and provide consulting services.
