We are a community of young people who are dedicated to shaping the future of mental health in Tanzania. We are building a safe space through dialogue within unifying spaces in Tanzania with real topics and real opinions with activities, games, networking and many more. We connect minds, bringing together an unstoppable network of individuals and communities, people who care about mental health to make a difference. We believe we can build sustainable and thriving communities, families and individuals when we prioritize our own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. When we are supported and nurtured to create mental wellbeing for ourselves, we are better able to integrate life’s challenges as opportunities to learn, grow and transcend. Mission. We aim to grow and provide a safe environment that has a range of resources and opportunities for anyone regardless if they are suffering from mental health or not, hence we encourage you to be part of our community and explore what we do. Our Vision. We envision improving and providing support to individuals suffering from mental health resilient, self-regulated individuals as the foundations on which prosperous, healthy societies are built.
