WaveJobs is a job board dedicated to the photonics industry. Our idea is to build a simplified job offer site which will connect photonics society. The platform is available on the Web. Most important functionality is a Jobslot – the employer gets a dedicated place for job offers, it allows to put one job offer in one Jobslot at a time, it also gives the possibility to edit the offer at any time or even entirely change it to another position. Other functionalities are: Sorting of offers by category, technology and level of experience One template for all employers and candidates with status Merging offers with candidacies in a simple recruitment process
