Wavelength Psychotherapy

Wavelength Psychotherapy is a collective of mental health professionals who truly see our clients as people, not patients. We offer in-person psychotherapy in NYC and Bergen County, NJ, as well as online therapy for people in New York and New Jersey. Our therapists provide personalized treatment to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, men’s Issues therapy, young adult therapy, and helping professionals with career stress. Our relational and psychodynamic psychotherapists recognize each individual's unique needs and trust our clients to be the experts of their experiences.
