Waverly Homes (est. 2008) is a home building company located in Vancouver, WA. We build homes all over Clark County. We are family-owned and operated, and committed to Excellence in relationships with clients, trade partners, and industry colleagues. Waverly Homes develops land for subdivisions, builds homes in developments, and also has a Custom Home division for the client who has property to build on. Our team consists of land development experts, Waverly Design (for home plan/design & permitting), a construction superintendent, a Custom Home Builder, a real estate sales team (Waverly Realty), and many others who support the integral day-to-day functions of a construction company. Our current projects include- Hidden Glen. 154 lot subdivision in Hazel Dell- Heritage Country Estates. 60 lot subdivision in La Center, WA- Graystone. 12 lot subdivision on NW 43rd Ave in Camas, WA- Magnolia Heights. 38 lot subdivision on McKever Rd. in Washougal, WA- Hidden Acres. 4 lot short-plat (acreage) in Brush Prairie, WA.
