Wavy Wonders

Wavy Wonders is on a mission to make seaweed a natural part of the Nordic kitchen. We're doing so with our uncommonly good seaweed snack - good for you, good for the world, good for your tastebuds. Currently under development. We also think healthfoods take themselves too seriously - we want reject that premise! We believe uncommonly good humor is important, too. Or as we say at Wavy Wonders - Less Om. More Nom-Nom. The serious stuff: Very soon, the world is going to be short on food and struggle with climate change. Sugar kelp is a food of the future, with all required inputs already in in the ocean, and the result being nutritious kelp, stock full of vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, iron, calcium and the essential Omega-3 fats. In addition, it sequesters 5x as much CO2 as land-based plants and counter-acts ocean acidification. What's not to love?
