These mind-body approaches include Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Internal Family Systems. We help entire families grow and heal by providing holistic care for all parts of the family unit: parents/couples, individual adults and children, as well as the family as a whole.
