What is Wayzn? Wayzn is an online platform that can be simply descried as “Nitaqat simulator”. It allows companies to upload their HR data (in a, particular, yet, simple format) and show in details the calculation made by Nitaqat. Furthermore, the system allows users (here we assume users are representing their respective companies) to change their HR structure to simulate Nitaqat’s calculations in many What-If scenarios. Wayzn has a full dedicated team experts specialised in labour economy, labour laws, and computer programmers. Their main job is to track MLSD policies and update Wayzn platform to be fully aligned with most recent labour market policies and their updates. Beyond Nitaqt, at a company level, Wayzn calculates the foreign working levy induced by recruiting foreign workforce and help users to optimise their resources (since each Saudi employee reduce levy of one corresponding foreign employee, also recruiting employees block fair amount of company’s wage reservation). Other programs such as Supportive Nitaqat has its share of Wayzn’s simulations. All these calculations and much are made available online at advanced yet simple to use platform by Wayzn.
