My company was set up to provide the hands on skills of myofascial and manual therapists with the knowledge and expertise of a qualified physiotherapist. Every session comprises of assessment and a hands on therapy treatment. Treatments include the specialist areas of: Myofascial release, deep tissue work, triggerpointing, joint mobilisations, re alignment and kinesiology taping. In conjunction with the hands on session comes advice, home exercises, self management and prevention. I now have the luxury of longer treatment sessions which understandable the NHS can cater for. Although my session times are longer the hands on personal treatment can mean symptoms are relieved and resolved much quicker.
