We Are Hidden Limited; a new brand in recruitment to recruitment but with the same pedigree. Following four successful years recruiting recruiters for some of the North West's most exciting recruitment businesses, Matt Baxter set up We Are Hidden Limited in 2017. The concept is simple. High demand recruiters don't upload their cv to a job board or broadcast their availability. They often don't know who is who in Cheshire & Manchester as they're busy being successful in their own desk. They demand privacy and working with a well networked rec2rec who will give them an honest view on which culture best fits their aspirations. Likewise, the great recruitment brands aren't always the ones that shout the loudest. Low attrition and spending money on their consultants and not replacement hires mean they don't always get the same exposure as the 'obvious players'.
