We Are One Spark

Spark began as a small group of individuals from creative agencies who began meeting weekly to discuss the state of diversity and inclusivity in our industry following the murder of George Floyd. We took several months to talk, listen and research before officially getting to work as Spark. We want to be a place for anyone in the entertainment industry, from company owners to people just starting their careers, to connect with existing opportunities and needs in our own backyard. We want to link the great intentions that many of us share to the actual work of changing the landscape of the entertainment industry now and for the future.
