We Are Wellness

An urban sanctuary set in a 18th Century listed building in Leeds. Alongside offering yoga, fitness, therapies, beginners courses, workshops and active escapes (our new take on retreats), we rent our beautiful space to other businesses for meetings, workshops and events, tying in an element of health wherever possible. Our approach is to innovate - finding ways to make being healthy fun and full of feel good vibes, in both our social and work lives. We believe that health isn't about one thing, or even many things individually; it's about creating better environments, habits and lifestyles. This is our reality and we want to encourage other people to live life like this! We Are Wellness is owned by Stephanie Green.
