We R Skills was found in 2008 for the purpose of providing companies with training, skills development and employment equity services in order to improve the companies’ business performance. Since then the company has grown from strength to strength where we added service in verification alignment and assistance, training management, discretionary and pivotal grant management. Our newest service that is up and coming, we are focusing on not only to assist our clients and their business through improving their quality of staff and training but also in improving the skills development and training in South Africa through linking student with companies for much needed work place experience. The companies need these students to enroll in training programs to improve their companies and in the same time providing work for individual and opportunities for them to grow in the specific industries.
